Motiflo Pro is a one-time digital purchase processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.

Refund requests and any applicable withdrawal rights are handled under Paddle’s refund policy and local consumer law. To request a refund or ask about a charge, visit Paddle buyer support. For product questions, email pawdoodleofficial@gmail.com.

If a refund or chargeback is confirmed, Pro access from that purchase is removed. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
